The UAE Academy shall provide job placement services for AmCham Abu Dhabi members to interview IBDAA Trainees. In this role, the UAE Academy will provide suitable candidates from its IBDAA population to the members of the AmCham Abu Dhabi, based on their requirement and job vacancies, and make available a suitable follow-up program to ensure that the IBDAA trainees are performing well in their jobs.
